Disclosure — stores its data in ~/.mindhall/mindhall.db (outside the Hermes home, shared by every profile unless MINDHALL_DB is set per profile) and injects a summary of it into every turn, telling the model Mindhall overrides its own memory; the optional, separately run mcp_server.py lets other AI apps read and write the same data and serves an edit page, protected only by a secret in the URL path, and the README suggests publishing it through a cloudflared tunnel, so anyone holding that URL can change what Hermes is told each turn.
