No reminders, no pestering; a quiet first word on the host's own scheduled turns is opt-in. Disclosure — Stores a health journal (symptoms, medications, supplements, food, menstrual-cycle marks, life notes) locally in the plugin's own database and adds a short summary of it as context before each reply on attended turns, including gateway turns from any approved sender in shared chats, so the configured model provider receives it and the model may repeat it to other chat participants; scheduled cron turns get it only when first_word_turns is enabled.
