Agent Plugins v1 package: one skill plus one stdio MCP server (skill_select) started with uv run from the checkout. Needs uv on PATH. Suggests at most one skill per request via the TypeSafe (Jev) cookbook pattern; roster is read live from the profile skills dir. Note: the portable loader does not interpolate env in mcp.json — JEV_TYPESAFE_API_KEY must be present in the server's inherited environment (native mcp_servers declaration works too).
