Figure Lock holds every amount, invoice number, date, IBAN and reference to the ledger; a rewording that changes one is rejected with a diff. Disclosure — imports only CSV files inside its own data folder, its bundled demo folder and the folders you list in import_dirs, and keeps its ledger in SQLite under its plugin data folder; a reminder leaves only after a person approves its exact text (/cashdesk approve or the Desktop page) and Hermes's approval prompt passes, never from cron, a subagent, yolo mode or approvals set to auto-approve; in the default eml mode it writes .eml files to its outbox folder, and in smtp mode it sends through the SMTP server you configure, with the password stored as a Hermes secret (CASHDESK_SMTP_PASSWORD) and TLS always verified; with guard_outgoing_messages on (off by default) it replaces any agent reply that states an amount, IBAN or invoice number the ledger does not hold for that customer with a withheld notice, and replies stop streaming; no other network calls, no telemetry.Communityautomation
