Adds 8 tools, a /token fact-sheet command, a due-diligence skill and an opt-in automation blueprint that saves dev reports for new graduations. Facts only: no verdicts, no trading advice, no transactions, no wallet keys. Disclosure: makes outbound HTTPS JSON-RPC calls only to the user's configured Solana RPC (default https://api.mainnet-beta.solana.com; token_holders, dev_launches, launch_buyers, dev_funding and recent_graduations need a provider such as Helius); an optional private RPC URL is a type: secret read with get_secret; writes local Markdown files only when save_dev_report runs (folder set by reports_dir); no background processes of its own, no telemetry.Communitytools
