merdokstrust-ladderCorrect your agent once and it stays corrected. trust-ladder compiles each user correction to the highest rung it can prove: a pre_tool_call guard that blocks the repeat, a check on what a write puts into matching files, a rule injected every turn, or human review through Hermes's own approval prompt. A model-proposed guard is installed only if it matches the mistaken call and spares the corrected one, regexes are profiled against ReDoS before install, verifier commands gate "done", and a ledger counts every catch (/teach, /trust, /verify). Disclosure — local only: stores rules, tasks and a catch ledger (matched snippets, redacted, no full arguments) under <HERMES_HOME>/plugin-data/trust-ladder/; no network, no telemetry, no credentials or env vars read; verifier commands run only through Hermes's terminal tool (normal approvals apply); the model can add rules but only the user can disable or remove them; guards are best-effort pattern matches, not a sandbox.Communitytools
