Subscription Sheriff

A Hermes Agent plugin that keeps every subscription and free trial in one list, warns you before money leaves your account, and shows what you really spend. It works completely offline: no network, no API key, nothing leaves your machine.

Say it in plain English. "I pay 4500 naira a month for Netflix" or "I started a 7-day Canva trial today" and Hermes saves it.
Warned before the charge. A quiet daily check tells you only when something newly enters the warning window, and once more the day before. Free trials that are about to turn paid are called out.
Honest numbers. Monthly and yearly totals per currency (no made-up exchange rates), your three biggest, categories where you pay for more than one thing, and what cancelling has saved.
Self-maintaining. Past charge dates roll forward automatically, including month-end bills.
/sheriff command for instant answers, and two one-click scheduled tasks.

Subscription renewal reminders: pick a time and how many days ahead. Silent unless something is newly due.

Settings

Under plugins.entries.subscription-sheriff.settings: default_currency (default USD) and remind_days (default 7).

Disclosure

Network: none. The plugin makes no network requests and imports no networking modules.
Credentials: none read, no environment variables, no files outside the plugin's own state.
Storage: your subscription list and reminder markers are kept only in the plugin's own Hermes profile state.
Tracking only: it cannot cancel, pay or contact any provider. Cancelling here marks the entry; you still cancel with the provider.
No background processes, telemetry, self-updating code or binaries. Scheduled tasks are ordinary Hermes cron jobs you choose to create.
