Code memory on every Hermes turn, with no tool call. Before the model runs, the plugin looks the user's message up in a local NeuralMind index of the project and appends the matching files and symbols (with line numbers), the code linked to them in NeuralMind's synapse graph, and decisions recorded in commit trailers. A session's first turn also gets a recap of the previous session in that project. The plugin is a stdlib-only shim around the separately installed NeuralMind CLI: install NeuralMind 4.9 or later yourself (`pipx install neuralmind`, `uv tool install neuralmind` or `pip install neuralmind`) and run `neuralmind build` in the project; in any other directory it does nothing. Not a memory provider: it registers no `memory.provider` and runs beside whichever one is configured.
