Penny core memory and private notes for Hermes. Disclosure — automatic recall sends the first 4,000 characters of each nontrivial local prompt to app.mypenny.ai as a search query, and the agent can save notes there through penny_remember without a Hermes approval prompt; works only in local CLI/TUI conversations (cron, subagents and gateways are refused); login is a manual command that registers its own OAuth client with clerk.mypenny.ai and briefly listens on 127.0.0.1 for the callback; tokens are kept in <HERMES_HOME>/penny/auth.json (owner-only) and are not removed on uninstall; no raw transcript upload, telemetry or other-client credential reuse.
