Disclosure — prompts and QUOTUM_SEAT_KEY go to api.venice.ai; /usage and Desktop usage send a 16-hex sha256 handle of the key to quotum.org; QUOTUM_X_SEARCH=1 swaps in its own client that drops Hermes web_search for Venice-side web and X search (billed per search); seats are funded by the QUOTUM crypto token
