Makes the Hermes kanban work for a fleet of agent profiles and a human in the loop: a card blocked on a person gets a structured ask, Telegram reminders, an escalation and a digest, and the owner unblocks it by replying to the item on Telegram or from a Hermes Desktop page; cards held by respawn guards are reported with a hand-off command, parks caused by host failures are undone within a per-card budget, and a pinned live panel plus explain/status commands show why a card is not moving.
