Rex terminal integration: Hermes sessions started in a Rex pane learn which session and pane they run in and get Rex's own agent skill (rex:rex), the same context `rex skill setup` gives Claude Code and Codex. Adds status marks on the window title, a macOS alert when Hermes waits for you, /title and /resume label sync, and follower panes for subagents and kanban workers. Needs terminal.client_env_passthrough set to the REX_* variables (see README).
