Disclosure — reads a Jira API token from JIRA_* env vars or ~/jira-config/config.json (owner-only, read-only) and sends it only to your configured https Jira origin; agent tools are read-only but return Jira text (untrusted) to the model; Start work / Draft update create chats seeded with ticket descriptions (Draft update auto-runs a turn); PR/CI status is read through your local gh CLI login.
