Self-hosted AI investment committee — skills for portfolio review, a decision ledger, and a 4-role LLM committee (macro / quant / risk / CIO) that debates a symbol. Disclosure — the skills run the openinvest backend from PyPI via uvx (pinned in run.sh) and keep portfolio, ledger, committee records and any keys you add in plaintext under ~/openInvest (or $INVEST_HOME); it fetches public market data and RSS news, and on the Direct path / daily report sends your portfolio and wealth context to the LLM you configure (default api.deepseek.com) and, if installed, to the agy or gemini CLI for a second opinion; news ingestion can trigger extra committee runs (LLM spend). The MCP tools are a server you add to config.yaml yourself (the printed snippet runs the plugin's pinned run.sh with `trust: untrusted`, so Hermes asks before ledger writes); buy/sell/deposit/withdraw only edit the local ledger — it never connects to a broker or places orders.
