Disclosure — with MPP_ALLOWED_ORIGINS unset, any supported HTTP 402 MPP challenge returned to core HTTPX traffic (not only mpp_fetch) is auto-paid from the Tempo wallet with no per-payment cap or confirmation; the origin allowlist is the operator's control.
